Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Graduate Mining /Civil Engineer, you will be offered a permanent role and developed through a two-year structured graduate program. This includes rotations to open-cut and underground operations. You will receive technical training reinforced with operational exposures covering a diverse range of technical roles, mining operations, mining methods, and mining equipment. You will experience a diverse range of mining regions across QLD and NSW and be mentored by experienced professionals. You will be placed on a rotational program to experience multiple sites, fast tracking your knowledge of our business and the industry. We value development of our talent and give you access to a formal ‘Professional Development Program’ designed to accelerate your leadership potential.
