Mixed-Signal Integration: Support design and verification of mixed-signal IP utilizing the Cadence suite of tools, and develop analog and mixed-signal skills by helping to design next-generation IP Simulation Verification: Generate SystemVerilog models and correlate results with schematic-level performance System Level Simulation: Generate simulation workbenches and interpret the results to verify compliance with system-level requirements DFT Implementation: Generate a DFT plan for tasks like trimming, debugging, and programming mixed-signal IP blocks System Validation: Work with cross-functional teams on testing, validating, and characterizing key IP in IC and systems Script Development: Use Verilog, SystemVerilog, and Python to create scripts for mixed-signal simulations Lab Testing: Utilize test equipment like oscilloscopes and DMM for performance validation Technical Tools: Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools and Unix/Linux shell commands Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience, or Master's in Electrical Engineering preferred Cadence Tools Proficiency: Experienced with Cadence for schematic creation, netlisting, and running simulations Experience with Mixed-Signal Simulations: Prior experience of compiling, elaborating, and running mixed-signal simulations, and understanding of signal flow and boundaries between the analog and digital domains Programming Skills: Proficiency in Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python, and capable of generating scripts Lab Equipment: Experience with oscilloscopes, DMM, supplies, and related lab equipment Analog/Digital Knowledge: Understanding of signal flow between analog and digital domains DFT Experience: Familiarity with BIST, scan chains, and debugging techniques Soft Skills: Highly motivated with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills Find out what we are looking for in your CV Find out how the student application process works with us Discover our student website We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
