Description

The Graduate in Training (GIT) – Network Operations provides structured, supervised support across all Network Operations activities spanning the Radio Access Network (RAN) and Core network domains. The role is designed to build the graduate's practical knowledge, technical skills and operational exposure through hands-on rotation, mentorship and on-the-job learning, in preparation for progression into a substantive Network Operations role. * Supporting day-to-day RAN and Core network operations, monitoring and assurance activities under the guidance of assigned mentors/supervisors. * Assisting with incident, change and problem management activities to build understanding of operational processes and network resilience. Participating in a structured learning and rotation plan across relevant Network Operations functions to develop broad-based technical competence.

Responsibilities

Provide supervised support for Radio Access Network (RAN) and Core network operations, including monitoring and assurance activities. Assist with incident, change, and problem management to ensure network resilience and operational efficiency.
