  We’re seeking a compassionate and driven Occupational Therapist who values a child-centered, family-oriented approach and collaborative teamwork.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll work independently while also contributing actively to a multidisciplinary team. Your focus will be on providing evidence-based assessment, planning and therapy support tailored to each child’s developmental, sensory, and cognitive needs. You’ll make a tangible impact on participation, independence, and quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct developmental and standardised assessments
• Develop functional goals in collaboration with families
• Provide therapy aligned with family priorities and evidence-based practice
• Deliver services within a transdisciplinary team and key worker model
• Support inclusion in community and school settings
• Monitor progress, review goals, and update therapy plans regularly
• Prepare professional reports for families and stakeholders including NDIS
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
