The Opportunity: As part of the Gold Fields Graduate Program, you will complete rotations across four sites over a two-year period, including Agnew, Granny Smith, Gruyere, St Ives, and (where relevant) the Perth office. Throughout the program, you’ll work alongside members of our highly experienced technical team, gaining hands-on exposure to the gold mining environment. You’ll develop and demonstrate a set of core competencies, ensuring well-rounded capability across all key areas. Graduates will gain practical exposure to operational risk management, incident investigation and critical control verification within a large-scale mining environment.   Why Join Gold Fields?
