  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or another field
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic and innovative tech company? We’re looking for a proactive and driven individual to join us as an Account Manager in our Commercial Division. In this role, you’ll be maintaining and growing relationships with our UK and international B2B clients, helping them get the most out of our products and services, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow the business. You’ll work closely with teams across sales, marketing, and project management to deliver tailored solutions and identify opportunities for business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a business or marketing background who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role with real responsibility from day one.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and maintain regular communication to ensure their needs are being met
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals with clients
  • Create and implement account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Identify potential up/cross-selling opportunities and work with the client to define requirements and scope the deliverable
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively sell and upsell to clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions and end-user workshops to help promote and evangelize our software
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Project Management, Product Management and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage Sales Agents and Value-Added Resellers where applicable
  • Respond to RFP/RFQ/Tenders from existing clients and occasionally for new business
  • Where required, attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends and competition
  • Ensuring Sales Agency partners are sufficiently trained and successfully representing our technology
