POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for conducting graduate outreach to re-engage nursing graduates with their NCLEX Coach and connect them to appropriate support services.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct outreach to graduates via phone, email, regular mail and text. * Contact graduates’ references and emergency contacts when direct communication with the graduate is not possible * Coordinate outreach efforts with the Dean of Nursing and Director of Career Services to support student and graduate outcomes. * Collaborate with NCLEX Coaches to identify graduates requiring follow-up or additional support. * Accurately document all outreach activities in the Student Information System. * Generate weekly and monthly activity reports to track progress and outcomes. * Maintain and regularly update graduate success stories for internal and external use. * Interact positively and professionally with managers, faculty, staff and students. * Ensure consistent adherence to the policy “The Student comes first” and uphold strong customer service standards at all levels. Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in alignment with the expectations outlined in the Employee Handbook.   SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS:   * High School graduate or equivalent * 1 to 3 years relevant experience * Or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Strong computer skills * Excellent organizational skills * Team player * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills             Classification: Non-exempt Work Hours: Forty per week Travel: None Working Environment: Interior/Office
