REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in marketing, business, media, communications or other related field.
  • Demonstratable interest in digital marketing and a desire to pursue a career in the industry.
  • Some exposure to or awareness of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or analytics tools is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and tools where training is provided.
  • Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable working with numbers, performance data, and trends.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Confident communication skills
  • Able to work well in a team and build strong working relationships.
  • Organised, able to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively with support.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the paid media team in the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, and Display.
  • Assist with the creation of ad copy and mock-ups.
  • Carry out routine campaign checks and help manage budgets.
  • Analyse campaign data and contribute to performance reporting.
  • Attend team meetings and client calls to observe and learn best practices.
  • Help track progress of tasks using project management tools.
  • Contribute ideas and creativity to internal projects and team discussions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends by reading industry news.
  • Contribute to agency marketing, such as writing blog posts or helping with social content.
  • Attend external & internal training sessions to build your paid media knowledge.
