Job Position: Graduate Pega Developer
Location: Bridgend, South Wales
Starting Salary: £25,000
About the role: This is a hybrid role combining technical and business skills, offering a brilliant opportunity to work for a global blue-chip specialist insurance firm with a HQ office within the UK.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2:1 or above in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subject
• Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts and logical problem-solving skills
• A keen interest in learning Pega technology and business process management
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages is advantageous
• Excitement to learn about business and develop further business skills
• Ability to work on site 5 days a week.

  2:1 Undergraduate Degree: An undergraduate degree with a minimum 2:1, especially in a technical field like Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems.
  Technical Knowledge: We hugely value a solid foundation in technical concepts. This means being familiar with programming languages, understanding popular frameworks and tools used in software development, DevOps and testing. A passion for technology and an interest in building a career in Pega application development is a must for this role, as well as having an interest in developing business skills alongside technical skills.
