With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you'll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients everyday Role accountabilities: Proactively prepare, organize, and manage key project documents (plans, risk registers, contracts, pricing, H&S) during initiation, execution, and close-out; ensure document repositories and handover packs are complete and compliant. Apply advanced document management workflows using platforms like SharePoint, BIM 360, or ACC; govern version control, access, approvals, and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 19650, and project protocols. Maintain, update, and quality-check project documentation; manage large datasets and perform regular audits, using advanced Excel for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting Identify and implement process improvements in document control and information management; ensure ongoing compliance with contractual, regulatory, and best practice standards. Communicate confidently with project teams, clients, and stakeholders; support kick-off meetings, resource planning, invoicing, and lesson-learned activities; guide teams in adopting document management processes. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to liaise with peers and immediate seniors and build relationships. Commercial awareness and organisational understanding A logical approach and ability to think through complex issues Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work under broad direction Strong experience using management system such as Microsoft Sharepoint, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud Strong to advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling, tracking, reconciliation and reporting We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
