We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods. Role accountabilities: Assist in collecting and entering project planning details into Oracle ERP, ensuring all requirements are documented and auditable, in consultation with the Project Manager and Project Finance. Monitor cash flow, manage invoicing processes (including raising purchase requisitions and tracking payments), support compliance with monthly finance deadlines, and proactively communicate invoicing needs or delays to the Project Manager. Update Oracle workplans as directed, ensure resource allocations and task dates are accurate, and support review and adjustment of project financial forecasts based on status and progress. Ensure agreements are in place, manage PO creation and spend, and attach necessary documentation for supplier and subcontractor approvals. rack and review financial performance (costs, revenues, WIP), attend project reviews, document actions, and escalate risks or changes with material financial impact to Project Manager/Finance as needed. Help maintain compliance with project management processes, ensure key documents are stored in the Collaboration Hub, and support risk documentation and mitigation action follow-up. Qualifications & Experience: 2 to 5 years related experience in any project accounting and project co-ordination background Relevant work experience in project management and finance activities PMP/ APM / PRINCE2 certifications will be an add on advantage to the requirement. Experience operating in a global offshoring model. Ability to liaise with peers and key stakeholders in the countries you are supporting.
