Role Purpose The Graduate Project Assistant provides structured project coordination, administrative, and financial support to Project Managers and senior Project Assistants in accordance with the Arcadis Way of Project Management (AWPM). The role operates under supervision on low-complexity projects, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and disciplined execution. Key Responsibilities Assist with project setup by collating planning, contract, and compliance information. Maintain project documentation, schedules, trackers, and action logs. Support monitoring of project progress, risks, and agreed actions. Attend project reviews and complete assigned follow-up actions. Escalate risks, issues, or delivery concerns promptly. Support project setup and updates in Oracle ERP. Update workplans and resource data as instructed. Vendor management and project compliance. Follow SOPs and maintain accurate, audit-ready project data. Shared Accountabilities Provide accurate and timely project data to support Project Managers and Project Finance. Adhere to defined processes, timelines, and quality standards. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders. Overall accountability for project success remains with the Project Manager. Profile Requirements 0–2 years of experience in administrative, project support, or coordination roles. Experience with Oracle systems is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Clear written and verbal English communication. Strong attention to detail and structured working style. Basic analytical and problem-solving capability. Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines with guidance. Why Arcadis?
