The Opportunity:
- Wonderful primary school based in Selby
- Full-time role to start September 2025 -July 2026
- Monday - Friday
- £480-£520 (Term time only)

What the role will entail:
- Collaborate with the classroom teacher to enhance student learning and foster a supportive, inclusive environment for all.
- Provide tailored support to students both individually and in small groups, helping those who need extra assistance and those excelling to reach their highest potential.
- Make a meaningful difference by engaging with students from diverse backgrounds, empowering them to thrive both academically and socially.
The successful graduate must:
- A degree (2:2 or above) or predicted to graduate 2025.
- Strong knowledge in English, Maths, and Science (GCSE A*-C).
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- The ability to engage and motivate students, keeping them focused and enthusiastic about learning.
- An enthusiastic, friendly, and confident approach.
- Commitment to the role for the full academic year (until July 2025).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Good behaviour management skills to ensure a positive learning environment.
- A genuine commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
