In the first year of the program, you will work with our experienced engineers and operational leaders in our largest flagship cement manufacturing site at Birkenhead, South Australia:

  • Understanding the operational components of plant testing
  • Assessing and processing engineering checks
  • Analysing and interpreting results and data
  • All while working safely, understanding HSE requirements, conducting audits and hazard identification when working on site

Responsibilities

In the first year of the program, you will work with our experienced engineers and operational leaders in our largest flagship cement manufacturing site at Birkenhead, South Australia:

  • Understanding the operational components of plant testing
  • Assessing and processing engineering checks
  • Analysing and interpreting results and data
  • All while working safely, understanding HSE requirements, conducting audits and hazard identification when working on site.

In your second year you will work on new low carbon products that support our commitment to a greener future and Net Zero Carbon targets. You will also have responsibility for plant upgrades and modifications and review and improve plant safety and drive environmental efficiencies
