What You’ll Do As a Graduate Process Engineer, you’ll be supported to: Deliver process engineering support across a variety of food and dairy projects. Work closely with engineers and project managers to design and deliver smart, practical solutions. Help ensure projects meet technical, professional, and quality standards. Get hands-on site experience and see how projects come together in real facilities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve challenges and drive project success. Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams. Travel to different project locations when required. What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who’s keen, curious, and ready to get stuck in. Ideally, you’ll have: A degree specialising in Process Engineering Strong communication skills — written and verbal. Solid organisational skills and attention to detail. A team-focused attitude and willingness to work with different disciplines. A positive, engaged approach to learning new skills.
