The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Purpose of the Role:

This role is part of our 2025 Graduate programme and will start in September 2025.
Company Introduction:
Following the Company’s extensive onboarding and introduction program, you will join our Graduate Development programme which includes: Technical Classroom training, Soft-skills training, Team building, Corporate responsibility activities and finally placement across all of our Operations and process teams.
It is not required for you to already have the skills and knowledge to perform the role, full on the job training will be provided through our graduate develop scheme. You will then be welcomed into your Team and continue your development supported by your SPTS mentor!
Product Management Introduction:
The Graduate Product Management Engineer (GPME), as part of the Product Management team, will be heavily involved in supporting systems sales efforts and setting the product roadmaps. Starting with qualifying the sales opportunity, the GPME will be answering questions from the sales team/customer, responding to customer specifications and visiting customer sites to progress the sales prospect.
In the factory the GPME will, alongside Process Engineers, manage customer demos, and when circumstances allow, host live demos with customers on site. Through interaction with various resources including the customer base, suppliers, analysts, etc: the GPME will develop an understanding of our markets and our position within those markets aiming to contribute to the overall product development and planning processes.
For product development activities, the GPME will be a part of the team creating and prioritising, roadmap targets. This will involve setting the scene for the business unit to follow using KLA Market Requirement Document (MRD) and Product Life Cycle (PLC) processes.
Product Management’s responsibilities don’t stop after the sales process has been completed. The GPME will assist the account teams providing updates on product development, market trends and acting as the customer representative in any factory-based work.
There will also be several opportunities to work with Corporate Marketing on the creation of promotional materials and attendance (virtual or in person) at trade shows/technical conferences will be a considerable part of the role.
This position may also involve occasional international travel.
