It is designed for (post-)graduates and young professionals who want to drive change in finance while continuously developing their professional skills. This unique program combines hands-on experience across key teams within Operations, fostering a holistic perspective on how Scalable enables state-of-the-art investment services through robust process architecture. Its goal? To develop future Operations experts through on-the-job training alongside experienced colleagues. A 24-month program with multiple rotations ensures broad exposure and in-depth learning across Scalable Capital’s Operations Department. Rotations will take place within teams such as Payments, Clearing & Settlement, Transfers, and Corporate Actions, providing hands-on insights into the end-to-end operational processes that power brokerage and wealth management. This approach equips graduates with a well-rounded understanding of brokerage operations, process excellence, and operational risk awareness. The Program further offers: Ongoing support, guidance, and regular check-ins from a program buddy and a mentor, helping you plan your next steps and grow your internal network. Qualifications You successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics or equivalent You previously gained relevant work experience during internships or a job in banking, securities services, brokerage, asset management or equivalent You have strong analytical thinking and leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making You are solution-oriented and think outside the box, while paying attention to detail You are proactive, take ownership and have a team-oriented work attitude You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken) We welcome applications from all backgrounds; however, please note that we are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship for this specific role.
