About the Role As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will be offered a permanent role, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of equipment, mechanical projects, and operational environments in both open cut and underground mining. Your responsibilities will include: • Applying engineering principles to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant and equipment • Participating in design projects, overhauls, and shutdowns • Supporting planning, specification, procurement, and introduction of site equipment • Collaborating with maintenance teams and supervising mechanical works • Identifying opportunities for timely, cost-effective modifications to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety • Working alongside tradespeople, supervisors, and managers to deliver engineering solutions You will be placed on a rotational program to experience multiple sites, fast tracking your knowledge of our business and the industry.
