About the Graduate Program The Graduate Program is a structured, competency-based initiative designed to transform fresh graduates into industry professionals. Over two years, you’ll progress through four carefully planned stages, each lasting six months and ending in a comprehensive competency check-in. Advancement is based on demonstrated capabilities, ensuring your growth aligns with company standards. Program Structure Stage 1: Orientation and Foundation (Months 1-6) Learn about the organization's mission, culture, and processes. Develop essential skills in communication, teamwork, and task management. Stage 2: Skill Development and Application (Months 7-12) Apply your learning to real-world projects. Build technical expertise and refine your problem-solving abilities. Stage 3: Advanced Projects and Leadership (Months 13-18) Take ownership of complex tasks. Begin mentoring junior colleagues and engage in strategic decision-making. Stage 4: Specialization and Transition (Months 19-24) Master a chosen area of expertise. Demonstrate competencies gained over the course of the program to qualify for a role within the organization. Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the global landscape. Utilize analytical skills to identify and evaluate relevant research reports from diverse sources. Collaborate with the Data & Industry teams to develop data analysis & reports that provide actionable insights. Stay updated on the latest developments, research methodologies, and technologies, continuously improving skills and knowledge. Stay up to date on emerging industry trends & developments. Maintain data quality & integrity by adhering to established data governance standards, safeguarding the reliability & accuracy of data assets. Collaborate with experienced professionals & mentors, receiving personalized guidance & support throughout the program. Engage in rotational processes across various Industries, gaining exposure to diverse perspectives & challenges. Analyze labor market, economic, and industry datasets using structured quantitative methods Support statistical modeling, data validation, quality checks and process optimization Conduct desk research and qualitative analysis to contextualize data and trends Assist in building and maintaining taxonomies, classifications, and analytical frameworks Translate data outputs into clear written insights, charts, and reports. Recently graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic record & demonstrated leadership potential. Completed Advanced Level or equivalent qualification and pursued a degree in a relevant field. Exceptional communication in English & interpersonal skills as well as writing skills, along with the ability to build rapport & work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong grounding in quantitative reasoning and basic statistics Comfortable working with numbers, assumptions, and structured logic High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically & apply concepts to real-world situations. Ability to work independently & as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, & a strong work ethic.
