Responsibilities

THE ROLES

We have Graduate Program Manager roles available in our Retail Banking and Engineering portfolios on a Permanent or Maximum Term basis as a result of Parental Leave and Career Breaks within our incredible team.
The Engineering Program Manager roles report to the Engineering Program Senior Manager and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide on a 12 month Maximum Term basis. The role works as part of the team delivering our largest Graduate Program, and partners with our Engineering Practice to design new initiatives to embed and accelerate the skills of our early career Engineering talent.
The Retail Banking Program Manager role is a people leader position, with one direct report. This role partners directly with the Retail Banking Graduate Leadership Council to shape new talent strategies, and embed our skilling pathways into our 3 program streams (Product/Commercial, Advanced Analytics and Digital). This permanent role is based in Sydney and reports to the Early Career Programs Delivery Team Lead.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Design and deliver exceptional Graduate and Intern experiences in the key moments that matter from onboarding through to program roll-off
  • Partner with business leaders, HR colleagues and stakeholders to drive exceptional program outcomes
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning
  • Enhance our market presence and engagement strategy with early career pipelines
  • Be the face of the Programs and present at various internal & external events
  • Identify and deliver people experience and process improvement opportunities, using data to drive insights and seek out opportunities to test and learn
  • Work closely with Campus teams to support recruitment and learning events as part of the group wide Graduate ProgramTrack and measure program effectiveness, in line with key program performance indicators
