The Graduate Programme Manager is responsible for designing, reviewing, implementing, and managing our comprehensive Graduate and placement programme.

Responsibilities

As part of your normal duties you will

  • Set the strategy for Graduate success across DSC in the UK&I to ensure robust operational and functional talent pipelines are created to fulfil critical skill areas.
  • Lead collaboration and ensure consistency across all NGT programmes and the broader business.
  • Deliver the Graduate & industrial placement programme with innovative ideas, continuously improving and elevating the programmes to new levels
  • Design, plan and deliver the Graduate curriculum, including internal learning and development interventions & qualifications.
  • Design, plan and deliver key processes such as validations, assessment centres, placement matching, onboarding & offboarding.
  • Build successful relationships with leadership teams across the business, from the board to line managers, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Integrate with the wider talent agenda to understand and address impacts on the Graduate population, such as LEADS
  • Own and manage the alumni community for both operational and functional programmes.
  • Collaborate with the attraction manager to build a strong external reputation for DHL’s Graduate programme.
  • Manage Graduate data on internal trackers and HR systems - Power Bi
  • Coordinate activities such as business unit introductions, BU rep meetings, programme overviews, welcome events, and induction sessions.
  • Work with the business to identify opportunities to support succession planning through NGT programme.
  • Review, design and implement programmes aligned to the graduate offering.
  • Conducting regular competitor analysis in the Graduate market and identifying opportunities to enhance our offering
