Description
You will ensure that all contracts align with group compliance and strategy, reviewing legal and commercial terms in cooperation with our group legal department Point of contact for consultants regarding client contracts within Spanish Public sector accounts, you will play a vital role in the risk assessment of existing contracts You will support the business in preparing national public sector tenders, ensuring contracts meet all necessary requirements. Ensuring systems and databases are up to date and assisting in maximizing tender business opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to follow up on ongoing requests, monitor performance, and participate in other special projects as required You will support business consultants by providing data and figures for Key Clients, regularly distributing information to stakeholders Your expertise in tender and proposal management will be key as you coordinate the technical and administrative aspects of tenders and collaborate with our internal Tender sales team. Providing analyses and information on national Tender & Proposal requests will be another important aspect of your role. Recent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics or Marketing and Big Data in the past 2 years Work experience is not requiered, but appropiate interships related to the job content would be a plus Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish, are necessary Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Basic project management skills and the ability to collaborate and network with other groups You will be able to choose to either work office-based or hybrid work style.
