Main purpose of the job The candidate will be exposed to end-to-end management of the HR processes such as, Recruitment; Onboarding; Employee Records; Employee Wellness; Employee Performance; Employee Relations; and Offboarding, Administration of the organisations HRIS High level job objectives • To obtain exposure on learnership Coordination (AETP Recruitment; Onboarding; Central training; Assessment and Moderation; Exiting and Reporting) • To obtain training on L&D administration (Update and Publish Training Schedule; CRS capturing of training records; • Monthly reporting; LMS system administration) • To gain experience in training course coordination. • To gain experience in e-learning system administration. • To gain exposure to the workings of the EE & Skills Forum. • To gain experience in L&D employee communication writing Requirements Qualifications (Essential) • Completed 3-year national qualification in one of the following fields: Administration or Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology Experience • No experience is required since it is aimed at unemployed graduates Knowledge (Desirable) • EEA; SDA; PFMA; PPEC and APS Acts • SETA and SAQA regulations incl.
