Main responsibilities

• Work with transaction originator and portfolio manager to underwrite new deals being involved in the whole process from deal screening through to deal execution.
• Build investment cash flow models for new deals and write investment committee papers.
• Manage the deal due diligence process.
• Attend site visits and probe construction progress.
• Monitoring of facility agreements and other contractual arrangements including compliance with financial covenants and delivery of asset management milestones.

Requirements

• Experience in Real Estate market, either in debt, equity or deal management role.
• Real estate related degree if no work experience in real estate markets.
• Strong Excel modelling skills required.
• Real Estate underwriting knowledge helpful, but not an absolute requirement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
• A goal-oriented, highly diligent and motivated individual.
• Strong team player.
• Personal ownership of work and accountability for delivering on commitments.
