PACKAGE: £25K BASIC SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (YEAR 1 OTE: £40K)

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Market mapping and identifying new businesses to work with.
  • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
