We are seeking a motivated Resourcer to join our dynamic team and help us manage and nurture our candidate and client relationships.
As a Resourcer, your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture relationships with candidates. You will play a crucial role in matching the right talent to our clients’ needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
From day one, you will receive comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process, including understanding the market, conducting client meetings, negotiating offers, managing interviews, and generating candidates through various sourcing techniques and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
