WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS AN ASSOCIATE RECRUITER:

• Writing and posting job advertisements
• Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and networking
• Conducting interviews and preparing candidates for client interviews
• Managing recruitment processes and coordinating with hiring managers
• Performing reference checks and onboarding support
