THE COMPANY:

Our client are seeking motivated graduates and sales professionals to join their award-winning team on the renewable energy desk assisting in sourcing the professionals concerned with putting the planet first. THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recent graduate/ 1 years minimum in B2B Sales.

  • CV and Telephone Screening.
  • Strong focus on building relationships with prospective candidates and clients.
  • Work towards promotional targets onboarding greater responsibility at each step.
  • Learn and become a master of your market.
  • Conducting interviews that go beyond the résumé to uncover the essence of each candidate.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver on recruitment goals.
  • Complete business development through lead generation
  • Develop your own personal brand on LinkedIn
