THE REQUIREMENTS:

You do not need any prior experience! However, the company are looking for ambitious individuals who have:

  • 1 – 2 years B2B Sales experience preferred
  • Minimum 2:1 Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great organisational skills

  • A sense of achievement
  • Unrivalled work ethic

Responsibilities
  • Talent acquisition: Sourcing & interviewing candidates.
  • Process management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, closing deals and post-placement follow ups.
  • Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.
  • Lead generation: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news and trends.
