Arising from continued growth, OSK who are based in East Point Business Park, Dublin 3, have four positions available for trainee accountants to join our audit team for the Summer/ Autumn 2025 intake.
OSK guarantees a superior level of training, which will assist you in passing your exams at first attempt. We are members of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI), The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Irish Tax Institute.
OSK offer expertise in audit and accounting services, business advisory, accountants for contractors, small business support, taxation, payroll, bookkeeping and management accounting. We invest in developing our industry knowledge through working with our clients and through ongoing training and development of our people. We provide services across a very broad spectrum of business sectors.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduates should have an Honours Degree / Masters in business or accountancy related discipline with Cap 1 or Cap 2 exemptions
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
  • Team worker and highly motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate in particular Excel
Responsibilities

  • Trainees will be working as part of an audit team and gain experience on a range of small, medium, and large clients of the firm.
  • Experience will be gained, in audit, statutory accounts preparation, bookkeeping, payroll and taxation.
  • The position will involve a 3 - 3½ year contract, with paid study leave and exam fees, in line with CAI/ ACCA guidelines, leading to the ACA/ ACCA qualification.
  • OSK have an active Mentor Programme whereby all trainees are introduced to their Mentor during their first week with the Practice. The Mentor will act as an advisor and point of contact for the trainee to direct any relevant questions to for the duration of their training.
