ABOUT YOU

As well as being an accomplished Registered Nurse and Leader, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.

  • AHPRA Registration and a bachelor’s degree in nursing
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) is highly regarded
  • Experience in leading and training Care team members whilst creating an engaging and supportive work culture
  • Proficiency using various systems, including online care management programs
  • Fully vaccinated for Influenza 2025 and COVID 19 .

As a Graduate Registered Nurse you will provide care and support that enhances our resident’s wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

WHAT DOES YOUR NEW ROLE LOOK LIKE?

  • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
  • Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive.
  • Roster Perm Part Time role 20 hours per week rotating Monday through to Sunday
