As well as being an accomplished Registered Nurse and Leader, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.

  • AHPRA Registration and a bachelor’s degree in nursing
  • Practical graduate experience
  • Available to work night shift as advertised
  • Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
  • Fully vaccinated for 2025 Influenza (or willing to obtain) and COVID 19 (2 Doses)

Responsibilities

As a key member of the care and clinical team, the primary focus of the Graduate Registered Nurse is coordinate the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centered care that meets the preferences of our customers.

What does your new role look like?

  • Assess customers care and clinical needs and ensure documentation reflects assessed care needs
  • Directing care delivery
  • Supporting medicaiton management
  • Provision of complex wound care / specialised nursing care
