Statera Energy Operations is offering an exciting graduate opportunity to join our Control and Performance Monitoring Team. As a Graduate Control Room & Performance Analyst, you’ll help manage and optimise over 1.2 GW of flexible generation and battery energy storage assets.

• Monitor energy assets in real-time using SCADA and CCTV systems
• Respond to alarms and coordinate resolution with engineers and field teams
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving equipment faults remotely
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, issues, and optimisation opportunities
• Support the generation of operational reports for management and clients
• Maintain accurate logs and data in our digital systems (CMMS)
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders during incidents and planned work
• Contribute to operational improvement initiatives across the portfolio
• Participate in structured training and development programmes
