JOB DESCRIPTION

· Support the undertaking of research and development work that contributes to HQN briefings, events and content for members
· To write briefings, blogs and reports as required on new government policies relating to social housing in an engaging style that is precise, clear and concise and in a non-technical way
· Undertake research into selected policy issues and report on outcomes in order to advance our understanding and develop appropriate content for members
· To develop member surveys on a wide range of topics and analyse and summarise in a useful way for members, ie, creating surveys in SmartSurvey, email distribution, monitoring returns and chasing non-returns and analyse and report results
· To analyse data on issues such as tenant satisfaction measures and regulatory judgements pulling out relevant issues, identifying emerging issues and trends for members
· Contribute to development, maintenance, promotion and sharing of HQN’s information on good practice (including identifying and sourcing examples)
· Help plan events relevant to the sector, co-ordinating and organising the event when necessary with the rest of the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £14.50-£15.50 per hour
