Description

Due to expanding workload we are seeking a Graduate Surveyor to join our team assisting with a broad spectrum of professional work throughout the South of Scotland and North-East of England.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys, valuations, and appraisals of properties across various sectors, including residential, office, retail, industrial, hotels and guest houses
  • Provide expert advice on property acquisitions, disposals, and leasing transactions, ensuring optimum value for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements to deliver solutions tailored to meet their needs.
  • Assist in the negotiation and implementation of lease agreements, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market conditions, and emerging trends to provide accurate and informed recommendations.
  • Work with the team to develop new business

The successful applicant will have an RICS accredited degree, be well organised, enthusiastic, keen to progress, demonstrate good attention to detail and overall competence. He/she will be given the opportunity to develop particular lines of expertise and interest.

Qualifications and Requirements:
