ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We currently have a rare opportunity for a Graduate to join our growing, supportive and social Restructuring and Insolvency division.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with more senior members of the team, but also and learn from working directly with the Partners.
If you’re looking to gain exposure across a diverse range of clients and industries, within a fun and collaborative team, then this is the role for you.
We are looking for recent or soon to be Graduates with a genuine interest in Restructuring and Insolvency to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Prepare reports for creditors.
Trade-on management, including preparing of budgets and forecasts.
Investigating, analysing and reporting on corporate and personal financial affairs.
Sales of property, plant and equipment.
Drafting advice to lawyers and assisting with legal proceedings.
Preparing insolvent trading and voidable transaction recovery actions.
Liaising with creditors, employees, business owners, agents, lawyers etc.
Ensuring compliance with statutory and ethical guidelines.
Internal cash management and record keeping.
Exposure to many different industries and diverse groups of people.
