ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a Graduate Reward Analyst to join our dynamic Reward team, part of the wider People team at Halfords. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Reward, working across our Commercial Fleet Services and Garages divisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of core annual reward processes, including pay reviews, bonus and incentive schemes, colleague share plans, and benefits renewal and selection windows.
  • Provide day-to-day analytical support to the Reward team on projects, modelling, business cases, and ad hoc requests.
  • Undertake accurate calculations and timely processing of quarterly and annual bonus and incentive payments across the business areas, ensuring alignment with scheme rules and governance controls.
  • Work with Payroll and the broader People team to ensure that outcomes of cyclical activities are accurately processed and clearly communicated.
  • Complete job levelling and external market benchmarking for roles across the organisation up to leadership level, making recommendations based on market insight.
