ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the lookout for a Graduate Reward Analyst to join our dynamic Reward team, part of the wider People team at Halfords. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Reward, working across our Commercial Fleet Services and Garages divisions.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the delivery of core annual reward activities, combining analytical, administrative tasks, and coordination of key initiatives.
