REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual candidates preferred).
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour with a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

  • Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
  • Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic maths calculations.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and enhance overall performance.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
