About this Position We’re seeking a proactive, commercially focused team player to drive the achievement of sales and territory management targets within a defined geographic or technology-based area, specifically in the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) industry sector. This role involves developing new and existing applications for both new and current customers, while also conducting on-site testing as required to support technical validation and ensure customer satisfaction. What you´ll do Manage key end-user accounts and projects, driving territory growth and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Service and expand existing markets while building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Provide technical support through service calls, assisting customers with problem-solving and process improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely reporting in systems such as ACE (visit, call, and project reporting) and Concur (travel and expense management). Ensure all customer complaints are reported and corrective actions are implemented in line with guidance from the State Sales Manager. Participate in ongoing personal and professional development through training programs, conferences, seminars, and joint customer visits. Ensure full compliance with Henkel standards and all applicable health, safety, environmental, and legal regulations. Track and deliver on key performance indicators including sales growth, project pipeline management, technical audits, and training milestones. What makes you a good fit Tertiary qualification or degree in Chemistry, Science, Mechanical, or a relevant Engineering discipline. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Well-developed planning, organisational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment. Solid understanding of metal pretreatment processes and a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving. Computer literate with a valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
