Salary: £24,000–£26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £35K+)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

The Role As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you’ll be learning the ropes in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll be trained to:

  • Learn and understand the company’s products, services, and market positioning to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
  • Assist senior sales staff in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain hands-on sales experience.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, reports, and client communications.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to confidently address customer queries and objections.
  • Gain exposure to CRM systems and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, product) to support sales campaigns.
  • Work towards personal sales targets under the guidance of experienced mentors.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to build sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to contribute ideas for business growth.
