Salary: £500-£540 per week
Location: Thurrock, RM20
Start date: Immediate or September 2025
Hours: 8:30AM-4:00PM Mon-Friday

Located In the heart of Thurrock you will have the opportunity to work closely with small groups of students, mainly GCSE level, helping raise achievements and close attainment gaps in science.

As a Graduate Science Academic Tutor, you are responsible for:

• Working with up to five students at a time, providing focused academic support to those who need extra help
• Stretch and challenge high-achieving pupils to reach their full potential
• Identify learning gaps and tailor support to address specific areas of need
• Monitor and track each student’s progress, adapting strategies as needed
• As a Graduate Science Academic Tutor, you will collaborate closely with experienced science teachers to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
