  • Conduct thorough research on potential customers to identify key decision-makers and relevant business information.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information and sales leads.

Enquiry Triage:

  • Triage incoming enquiries to determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Assign enquiries to the relevant sales team members or departments as needed.

Email and Enquiry Response:

  • Respond to emails and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the sales department, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing sales documentation.
  • Support the completion of customer procurement forms.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required to facilitate the smooth operation of the sales team.
