GRADUATE SEND TEACHING ASSISTANT -2 EXCITING NEW POSITIONS STARTING IN SEPTEMBER

As a Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, communication challenges, and sensory processing difficulties. Your role will be varied, rewarding, and a brilliant foundation for your career.

You’ll:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
• Encourage communication, social interaction, and confidence in the classroom
• Help pupils regulate emotions and develop positive behaviours
• Support with tailored learning activities and structured routines
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver individualised strategies
