We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate SEN Support Assistant to join the team at a specialist SEN primary school that supports children with a range of needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, learning challenges, and sensory processing needs.

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of specialist teachers and therapists
• Helping children access the curriculum and develop independence
• Using visual supports, sensory strategies, and communication aids (training provided)
• Building positive relationships and promoting emotional regulation and wellbeing
• Supporting personal care routines where required
• Contributing to a calm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
