YOUR ROLE

As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our digital storytelling. You’ll work closely with our external marketing team to craft engaging content, manage campaigns, and grow our online community. This a full-time role 5 days per week rostered over 7 as some weekend work will be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and schedule social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Create short-form videos, static posts, stories, and interactive content.
• Attend events and activations to capture real-time content.
• Design and send email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.
• Collaborate on website updates and content releases.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for optimisation.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly.
