About the Graduate Programme (24 months) This is a permanent role from day one, with a structured development journey created specifically for early-career engineers. During the programme, you will: Follow a clear 24-month development roadmap with defined milestones Learn from experienced engineers through day-to-day coaching and mentoring Work on real production systems used by global financial clients Build strong foundations in both technical and professional skills Receive regular feedback and development conversations Have clear opportunities to progress beyond the graduate programme You are supported throughout , learning and development are built into the role. What You’ll Be Doing As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll be part of an experienced development team and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills grow. You will: Support the design, development, and enhancement of software solutions Learn to write clean, reliable code with guidance from senior engineers Contribute to real projects that support financial services technology Write and maintain basic SQL scripts and stored procedures Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and collaborative problem-solving Develop an understanding of how technology supports global clients Training and mentoring are provided, you’re not expected to work alone. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for strong learners, not finished engineers. You should have: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with a good academic record Basic knowledge of SQL and an interest in software development Familiarity with Java (knowledge of C++ is a plus, but not essential) Good English communication skills A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn Confidence to ask questions and share ideas in a team environment We consider academic performance alongside learning mindset, problem-solving ability, and motivation.
