Job Description
You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the Customer Systems application suite. This is a full stack, hands-on role that will be developing new features for our customers which meet the needs of our business. Your role, a graduate software engineer, will involve building with best practices and resiliency in mind, adhering to agile processes and dealing with business and technology stakeholders.
Impact you will make in this role: You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting our Operational Support System platforms. Our customers rely on our products to connect, communicate, and do business across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
After hours support: There is an expectation that in this role you will participate in the teams after hours support roster (level 3) after a period of mentoring & training. We also understand that as a business we need to do everything we can to ensure our platforms are resilient and self-healing and engineering leadership will provide the time to make sure we do.
