You will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a student support or customer-facing role (paid or voluntary) is a plus! The Student Achievement Services team play a key role in supporting students to thrive throughout their university journey. We design and deliver initiatives that boost student retention, academic success, and graduate outcomes—through tailored support, transition activities, outreach campaigns, and events. As part of a collaborative and student-focused team, you’ll help create a welcoming, inclusive environment to support our students. We are looking for (an) enthusiastic and proactive Graduate Student Achievement Assistant(s) to join our team.
