Graduate Student Research Assistant, Educational Administration Seeking a highly motivated student to serve as a Research Assistant for an ongoing research project. The data analysis phase has been completed, and the primary focus of this role will be on academic writing, report development, and manuscript preparation for publication. This qualitative study examines the barriers internationally educated teachers face when seeking certification in Canada and explores anti-racist advocacy strategies to improve credentialing processes. In the appointment of Research Assistant, your general duties and responsibilities will be: Assist in drafting research reports based on analyzed data Support the development of manuscripts for peer-reviewed journal publication Synthesize qualitative findings into clear, coherent narratives Conduct targeted literature reviews to strengthen manuscripts Edit and refine written materials for clarity, coherence, and academic rigor Your general location of work will be College of Education, and you will report to Dr. Ayodeji Osiname. Required Number of Hours: 15 hours per week Duration of Employment: June 1 – July 31, 2026. Qualifications (Skills and Abilities) Minimum of a MEd degree or equivalent preferred.
