In a nutshell We are currently looking for someone to join our Graduate Development Program as a Warehouse Supervisor. This program consists in 18 months in which you will receive a curriculum of trainings that will make you an expert in the Toyota Way of working and give you a broad understanding of the Toyota Logistics business. The Service Parts Supply Chain Group operates 18 central distribution warehouses throughout Europe. Using a hub & spoke distribution method, they ship thousands of components and accessories every day to over 3300 retailers throughout Europe and affiliates across the globe. Your team and your responsibilities While following the graduate program and before taking up the normal responsibilities of an area supervisor, you will start working in a six-months to one-year project with our tock management and efficiency team supporting in improving and implementing processes, flows and tools for the warehouse of the future. Afterwards, as a supervisor you will be responsible of a group of around 15 members, and your goal will be to guarantee meeting the daily targets based on: Ensuring proper warehouse preconditions for the 4M (member, machine, method and material) Thorough implementation of standardised work & people management Problem solving based on raised/detected abnormalities The basic principle for us is called: “Kaizen” (continuous improvement) and is what guides us in our pursuit of 3 Best (Best Process/ Best Member/ Best Management). Your Profile You have a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Engineering, Logistics You have a high shopfloor interest You are motivated to manage shopfloor members after your integration period (training program) You are fluent in Polish and English (TME business language) You have good fact-finding and analytical skills to draw logical conclusions from the gathered data and information You have a creative mind and a passion for supply chain You are practical, logical and with a hands-on approach You are well organised, and your flexibility makes you a perfect team player Self-starter, taking initiative and with a strong proactive mindset Project management competences to manage very diverse tasks Stress resistance and good personal organization competences in order to prioritize and meet strict deadlines Strong communication and negotiation attitude in an assertive but diplomatic way in order to reach consensus and get buy-in Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools We offer Permanent contract 18-months training program (next to your day-to-day role) On the job training and development Classroom training (Toyota Way, Toyota Production System, key business tools…) Experiential training: 5-6 weeks line training at an European Manufacturing Company and a structured warehouse training program in our European Distribution Center in Belgium Opportunity to grow towards higher management functions in operations or support functions (Pan-EU scope opportunities) in the long-term A dynamic and challenging work environment, being part of a motivated team in which competence and quality play an important role. Responsibilities

As a Graduate Supervisor, you will initially work on a project with the stock management and efficiency team to improve warehouse processes. After the project, you will supervise a team of around 15 members to ensure daily targets are met.
